What We Offer

We offer a range of services built to meet the needs of every property owner and to help properties perform at their highest level.

  • We manage short-term rentals end to end, from pricing and listings to guests messaging, turnovers, deep cleans, maintenace, and compliance.

    Management fees: 25% of hosting revenue for stays under one month

  • We handle tenant screening, leasing, maintenance, and ongoing oversight for long-term rentals.

    Management fees: 20% for stays one to six months, 15% for stays over six months


  • Every unique property comes with its own challenges, and we adapt our approach accordingly. Management and pricing are customized based on the property and how it’s operated.

  • Professional cleans available as a standalone service across Nova Scotia.

    Cleaning fees: starting at $85 per clean, with flat-rate pricing set to your listing.
