Summer can be such an exciting time. There is one thing, however, that most people do not look forward to and that is the intense heat waves, like the one we are experiencing now. Keeping cool during heat waves is not only important for our health, but so we can keep our energy levels up so we can actually enjoy the season and all it has to offer.
